Weed and Seed Partners Win National Awards
Three Weed and Seed sites recently won the 2007 MetLife Foundation Community-Police Partnership Awards, which recognize community developers and police who have collaborated to reduce crime and spur housing development, economic activity, and improved community services in troubled neighborhoods. 
IDA Demonstration Project
CCDO has formed a partnership with the Assets for Independence program of the Office of Community Services at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to see if Individual Development Accounts (IDAs) could promote home ownership in Weed and Seed sites.
