| Neighborhood Restoration, One Porch at a Time
In small teams last summer, hundreds of teenagers from 10 different states descended on Bristol, TN, and started fixing things fast. Over the course of a week, they made minor repairs, built wheelchair ramps, spruced up porches, and tiled and laid flooring.

Community Event Unifies Neighborhood In a park once plagued and overrun with illegal activities, hundreds of people gathered this summer to celebrate their work to make the community safer. North Omaha residents and organizations have vowed to take a stand, sending the message that they are no longer tolerating violence in their communities or homes.
