Correctional Industries Preparing Inmates for Reentry: Recidivism & Post-Release Employment shows that inmates who participate in the Prison Industries Enhancement Certification Program are significantly more successful in obtaining and keeping jobs after their release from prison than are inmates who held traditional prison jobs or did not participate in any job program.

Examining Effects of Mental Health Problems in Offenders
