Technical details on how states can apply for, receive, obligate, and expend funds under the JABG program will be available in a forthcoming update of the guidance manual that was originally designed for the JAIBG program. Publication of the guidance manual will be announced on the OJJDP Web site and in the bimonthly newsletter OJJDP News @ a Glance.
