Jeff Slowikowski has been named Associate Administrator for OJJDP's Demonstration Programs Division, which oversees the development and replication of delinquency prevention and reduction efforts in areas such as mentoring, substance abuse, gangs, truancy, chronic offending, and community-based sanctions. Formerly Deputy Director of OJJDP's Research Division, Jeff brings significant management and research experience to the position.

Bob Samuels is the new Strategic Community Development Officer in OJJDP's Office of Policy Development, which advises the Administrator and supports the Office's research, training and technical assistance, communications, and planning activities. Bob comes to OJJDP from OJP's Office of Weed and Seed, and will use his many years of policy experience to assist OJJDP in developing and implementing strategies to improve the capacity of communities to address juvenile delinquency.
