To help communities and practitioners learn more about serious and violent juvenile offenders, OJJDP released a Bulletin that summarizes the Study Group's final report. The 8-page Bulletin, Serious and Violent Juvenile Offenders (May 1998), is available (free of charge) from JJC.

  • Final Study Group Report. The Study Group's final report, Never Too Early, Never Too Late: Risk Factors and Successful Interventions for Serious and Violent Juvenile Offenders (Loeber and Farrington, 1997), is also available (for a fee) from JJC.
