Videoconference
Demonstrates How “Mentoring Matters”
The 2-hour live satellite videoconference “Mentoring Matters” aired February 7, 2003, drawing participants at 350 downlinks and 2,000 Internet sites nationwide. Sponsored by OJJDP in association with the Juvenile Justice Telecommunications Assistance Project of Eastern Kentucky University, the conference featured profiles of successful mentoring programs in four settings: community, school, faith-based, and workplace.
