The NIJ Conference 2008
The annual NIJ Conference will be held July 21–23, 2008, in Arlington, Virginia. This conference
brings together criminal justice scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to share the most recent findings from research and technology. It showcases what works, what doesn’t work, and what the research shows as promising. It also emphasizes the benefits that researchers
and practitioners can expect when they work together to put evidence-based policies and practices into action.
