THIS REPORT DESCRIBES THE METHODOLOGY EMPLOYED AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED IN A SURVEY OF 153 SELECTED PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HALFWAY HOUSES PROVIDING RESIDENTIAL SERVICES TO ADULT FORMER INMATES AND INMATES APPROACHING RELEASE.
