KEY FINDINGS RESULTING FROM A NATIONAL SURVEY OF TREATMENT RESOURCES FOR DRUG ABUSERS IN LOCAL JAILS.
Abstract
THESE FINDINGS INDICATE THAT THE DRUG PROBLEM HAS BEEN ONE OF THE SIGNIFICANT FORCES IN THE PAST DECADE WHICH HAS MOVED LOCAL JAILS TOWARD A MORE SOPHISTICATED ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT FOR SERVICE DELIVERY TO INMATES.
