SELECTED LAW AFFECTING JUVENILE JUSTICE IN THE STATE ARE ALSO PROVIDED, INCLUDING THE JUVENILE ACT, RELEVANT SECTIONS OF THE PUBLIC WELFARE CODE, THE MENTAL HEALTH PROCEDURES ACT, THE CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES ACT, AND THE JUVENILE JUSTICE AND DELINQUENCY ACT OF 1974.
