Abstract: This document provides information for Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) site and resource coordinators in the Middle District of North Carolina. The report outlines the roles of site and resource coordinators. The primary role of the PSN resource coordinator is to streamline resource delivery, and serve at the primary link between notified offenders and community resources as well as law enforcement and community resources. The role of the PSN site coordinator is to spearhead program organization of all efforts relating to PSN activity across all collaborative agencies and organizations. These roles are highlighted through a detailed description of a PSN project: Project Safe Cabarrus (PSC), the PSN initiative in Cabarrus County, NC. This program provides information on how resource and site coordinators can work together to improve coordination and delivery of services to offenders. Additional PSN initiatives are described in the report’s appendixes. References and selected PSN resources
