Abstract
The company operates programs at secure treatment and correctional facilities for adjudicated youth, at a youth forestry camp, at Job Corps centers, and at high schools and colleges. Its services for correctional populations include diagnosis, assessment, individual and group counseling, remedial education, vocational preparation, survival skills development, and academic education. RCA also offers training for college teaching faculties, vocational and technical training for high schools, many types of assistance to public schools, and self-paced curricula for the military. The company's main training elements are training services, consumer services training, and development of instructional aids.
