Research and Program efforts focused on the prevention of delinquent behavior and child victimization, improvement of the juvenile justice system, system processing of juvenile offenders, and alternatives to juvenile justice processing. Training, Dissemination, and Technical Assistance Division projects included the Law-Related Education Program, the National School Safety Center, training in handling learning disabled delinquents, prosecutor training in juvenile justice, and management assistance for non-profit organizations.
