The majority of computer-related losses, whether from errors and omissions or from insider crime, are the result of actions by employees.
Abstract

Personnel security begins with management's overall commitment to a data security program and encompasses areas such as personnel policies, employee training, assignment of responsibilities, and segregation of duties.
