Abstract
The curriculum is intended for use by professionals who work with disabled persons and can be presented to individuals or groups in various settings. Additional sections describe the field testing of the curriculum, give an outline for conducting a parent training session on prevention of sexual abuse, and present guidelines for presenting the curriculum to the students. Modifications are suggested for younger children. Appended sample parent letter, handouts, exercises, teacher guides, and posters. 69 references.
