Abstract
The DSMIII approach to the Antisocial Personality Disorder is reviewed and criticized including suggestions for revisions. The Antisocial Personality Disorder is presented as a subgroup of pathological narcissism. The term narcissistic-antisocial personality is coined and reviewed within the context of Otto Kernberg's theory of pathological narcissism and Borderline Personality Organization, ego and superego functioning, developmental theory, and certain special features.
