Abstract
The program is written in BASIC on the IBM PC XT (personal computer). It operates with 512k storage with data stored on a floppy disk. The data used by the program derive from the file of currently employed officers, the file of departed officers, the file showing the historic count of sworn personnel by year, and information required to operate the program. Operating instructions are provided. The appendix contains a line description of the program.
