Abstract
Data are presented for Part I crime rates and offenses per year as well as the clearance rates of each Part I offense type. Data on impact crimes cover the location, method, and handgun use in robberies and residential and nonresidential burglaries. Part II offense data are limited to the number of each offense committed for each year of 1977-85. Data on the incidence of crime type by community of occurrence are for 1984 and 1985. Arrests by crime type are presented, and data on arrestees cover age, sex, and race. An overview of felony case processing encompasses the total number of cases processed and disposed, types of dispositions and sentences, and case processing time. District court statistics cover types of dispositions and sentences and case processing time. Charge at arrest compared to conviction charge is compared for 1982-85. 13 tables.
