Responsibilities encompass the use of forum funds, legislative analysis and support, and advocacy. An analysis of external trends focuses on political, social, economic, educational, and legal problems as well as forum opportunities. The analysis of the internal situation reviews forum vulnerabilities, strengths, and key leverages. Strategic recommendations are listed.
