Abstract
THE CODE-A-PHONE SYSTEM ALLOWS INFORMANTS TO MAINTAIN COMPLETE ANONYMITY. THE POLICE CHIEF CAN CHANGE THE RECORDED MESSAGE BY REMOTE CONTROL, AND PERSONALLY ANSWERS THOSE CALLS WHICH COME IN DURING THE DAY. THE SYSTEM IS OPERATIVE 24 HOURS A DAY.
