Also for each group, a selected incident chronology is provided and illustrated with photographs. Among groups profiled are the Abu Nidal Organization, the Palestinian Liberation Front, the Irish National Liberation Army, the Red Army Faction, and Red Brigade, the Shining Path, the National Liberation Army, the Chukaku Ha, the Japanese Red Army, Sikh terrorism, and the African National Congress.
