This article identifies major figures in the Christian Identity movement, a religious organization that espouses white supremacy and advocates violence against non-white races.
Abstract
Thirteen major figures are identified by name, occupation, and relationship to the Identity movement. Other activities of the figures include leadership in the Aryan Nations, anti-Semitic crusades, and membership in the Ku Klux Klan, the White Patriot Party, and Posse Comitatus. Three of the Identity leaders have served time in prison or jail, one for bombing school buses during racial integration. One is currently in jail on weapons charges. Several conduct radio ministries and are associated with paramilitary activities.
