The population of 55 children arrested for homicide in Detroit, Michigan for offenses perpetrated between 1977 and 1984 is analyzed in the context of their killings.
Abstract
Analyses include demographic and social characteristics of offenders and victims, the families of offenders, demographic and social relationships between offenders and victims, and circumstances of offense. Where feasible, comparisons were made with age-general populations of homicide offenders. 40 references. (Publisher abstract)
