The Alcohol Dependence Scale (ADS) (Skinner and Horn, 1984) was administered to a representative sample of Canadian male offenders to determine the scale's factor structure and internal reliability, and to give some evidence of its validity.
Abstract
Results indicate that the ADS may be a useful tool in the treatment planning for inmates with alcohol use histories. (Author abstract)
