Additional papers described the Parents Anonymous Native American Program in Maricopa County (Ariz.), the use of the traditional talking circle as a therapeutic model, a Wisconsin program for individuals and families, and a program providing networking and service coordination for high-risk families. Further papers focused on the role of schools and counselors in addressing the needs of children of alcoholics, the use of individual and group play therapy, prevention programs targeted to adolescent parents, and a New York program to build a working relationship between Indian tribes, the urban community, and the County child protective agency.
