Abstract
Child perpetrators, currently underidentified and misunderstood, need specialized treatment. In response, the Support Program for Abuse Reactive Kids (SPARK), was begun in the Child Sexual Abuse Center at Children's Institute International (California) in January 1985. The program format, including the admissions criteria, treatment model, and testing/evaluation process, is described. 12 references. (Author Abstract modified)
