One category of offense is labor racketeering, including labor bribery or pay offs and provisions for disqualifying those convicted of certain felonies from holding offices in labor organizations or being employed by labor pension benefit plans. Another category of offenses includes currency and foreign transaction reporting, with emphasis on increased enforcement and penalties. Other categories of offenses include pornography (including child pornography), and crimes, such as the possession of contraband in prison, that affect the administration of criminal justice.
