This hard-cover classified digest summarizes selected decisions of State and Federal courts on all phases of current criminal law, giving for each case digest the name of the case, the facts, the holding of the court, the volume and page number of the law report where the full decision can be found, and the volume and page number of the Criminal Law Bulletin where the digest is published.
Abstract
The digest is organized into five parts. Parts I and II contain cases on the substantive criminal law of the States and on State criminal procedure. Part III covers Federal substantive law, while Part IV covers Federal procedure. Cases covering constitutional guarantees are collected in Part V. A table of contents lists specific subjects under each part. The digest may be used to find cases on a specific subject, to locate digests of cases when the searcher knows the case names, and to find references to articles published in the Criminal Law Bulletin. In addition to a table of cases, the volume contains a subject index to aid the researcher. From time to time the volume is supplemented with digests of new cases.
