The standards also encompass victim/witness services, secure detention under Pennsylvania's Juvenile Act, alternatives to secure detention, delinquency involving a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, disposition and treatment of juvenile sex offenders, intensive probation services, aftercare services, judicial review of dependent and delinquent children in placement, and restitution and community service programs.
