The Directory is divided into three parts: (1) major programs throughout the nation concerned with arson prevention and control; (2) Federal, public, and private resources which fall outside of the first section; and (3) an alphabetical index of organizations, programs, and resources listed in the Directory. Where appropriate, a brief explanation of programs has been provided.
