Abstract
The second in a series of videotapes for addicted individuals discusses the format of the 9-hour straight talk drug treatment program designed to be used for a variety of audiences and settings. The program is broken into sections, each with an opening verbal letter about crack/cocaine designed to elicit an emotional response, tests, and activities. Section three, "Denial, Fear, and Paranoia," is excerpted. The section discusses the emotional instability experienced during days 11 through 18 of the crack/cocaine recovery program. There is heavy use of graphics in the video to emphasize the main points. The preview concludes with ordering information.
