The bureaus whose statistics are presented in this report include the Criminal Investigation Bureau, Special Investigations Bureau, Office of Professional Standards, Special Operations Bureau, Human Resources Bureau, Support Services Bureau, and Administration Services Bureau. In addition, there are tables presenting figures of actual offenses committed in each of the patrol divisions (Central, Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Northwest, North Central). The Index Crime Report section graphs and tabulates arrests for index crimes and jail arrest totals and describes the setting, victim, suspect, weapons, and clearance rates for each index crime.
