Some actual cases involving counterfeit manufacturing are described in an effort to sensitize the law enforcement community.
Abstract
The discussion, which focuses on certain copyright and trademark laws designed for the protection of Canadian manufacturers, deals with several categories of counterfeit manufacturing: fashionable clothes' accessories, handbags, and umbrellas, as well as computer software and videogames.
