The second section discusses the procedures involved in seizing the asset, followed by an examination of likely postseizure issues, problems, and costs. These issues may include confirming asset value and condition, notice and filings, third party petitions, property management, and property disposal. A checklist of questions to address during preseizure planning -- determining whether and what to seize, deciding who conducts the seizure, and addressing postseizure issues, problems, and costs.
