Abstract
Individual sections focus on the court's power to suspend a sentence of imprisonment for an offender receiving treatment, the procedures for applying for a suspended sentence, the revocation of a suspended sentence, the use of probation, the enforcement of an imprisonment order for a drug addict, inmate drug treatment and health care services, and employees who are drug abusers. The decrees were issued in October 1990.
