The Department's Fiscal Management System is administered by the Division of Management Services. During the reporting period, the department administered $232.5 million including $208.6 million in general purpose revenue, $200,000 in program revenue-Federal resources, and $23.7 million in program revenue-State expenditures. This report presents statistical tables summarizing disbursements by organization and source of funding, expenditures by division, and details of active construction fund operations. The report also summarizes institutional per capita costs over the previous two years and the per capita cost per month of all Wisconsin correctional institutions. Finally, the per capita cost of each institution is tabulated individually.
