This edition of the journal includes three articles on penal law, two articles on criminology, one article on constitutional law, and three Comments and a Separata on jurisprudence.
Abstract
The penal law articles deal with the limits imposed by social risks, a review of the State Decree 2699 of 1991 which is a report by the public prosecutor's office, and notes on the judicial treatment of unchargeable suspects. The criminology articles review the function of the victim in law and the "economic delinquent" or white collar criminal (in reference to Article 240 C.P.). The constitutional law article reviews the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms through constitutional, popular, and individual actions. The Comments section offers verbatim text and comments on various judicial decisions. Individual article references and notes
