Abstract
The penal law articles deal with the limits imposed by social risks, a review of the State Decree 2699 of 1991 which is a report by the public prosecutor's office, and notes on the judicial treatment of unchargeable suspects. The criminology articles review the function of the victim in law and the "economic delinquent" or white collar criminal (in reference to Article 240 C.P.). The constitutional law article reviews the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms through constitutional, popular, and individual actions.
