The materials were all selected form the collections of the Drug Enforcement Administration Library and Information Center. The bibliography has four sections: (1) books, (2) articles that present both pros and cons of legalization or decriminalization, (3) documents arguing against decriminalization or legalization, and (4) documents arguing for legalization or decriminalization. The documents were published between 1988 and 1992. Call numbers and bibliographic information are provided. An introduction notes that the opinions expressed in the books and articles represent those of the authors only.
