This report highlights activities conducted in the period between 1991 and 1993. Priority themes of seminars, meetings, and research projects completed during that period included national and transnational crime, economic crime, and the role of criminal law in protecting the environment; crime prevention in urban areas and juvenile delinquency; and the management and administration of criminal justice. The 1994 work program will focus on similar topics.
