The final section consists of a sample of gang violence prevention and intervention programs in Weber and Davis Counties. The 18 programs described include school-based programs, substance abuse, cultural diversity, recreation, and family. For each entry in the three sections, the name of the program, a brief program description, a contact person, address, phone number, funding, the number of clients served, the target population, and the collaborating agencies are listed.
