This volume presents the full text of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure for the United States District Courts, with Advisory Committee Notes, as well as other sections of the Federal code dealing with criminal procedure, for use in 1994.
Abstract
The volume also includes Title 18 of the United States Code, covering Crimes and Criminal Procedure; Title 21, Chapter 9 of the United States Code, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; and Title 21, Chapter 13 of the United States Code, focusing on Drug Abuse Prevention and Control. The codes are presented as amended through House Document 103-76 and Public Law 103-210. All changes to the rules and laws have been included in the text, and the effective dates have been added where applicable. Index
