Abstract
Tabular data obtained from hearing returns completed by magistrate court bench clerks for each family law matter heard are organized according to maintenance orders, child care orders, orders for parentage tests, injunctions, property orders, agreement orders, and enforcement orders. Data are provided on types of orders sought by applicants or cross-applicants and coded on child support hearing returns by magistrate court bench clerks. Statistical information is also tabulated on the elapsed time between application filing date and final hearing date, hearing disposition by applicant, type of order sought by applicant and by hearing type, interim and final maintenance orders, custody and access order enforcement, and maintenance payments received.
