Abstract
Individual sections focus on the system for maintaining criminal records and indexes, general requirements of government data practices at the State and local levels, data collection, information security, information dissemination, and access to confidential records. These records include data on criminal justice, education, firearms, Federal contracts, health, investigations, library and personnel, foster care, and housing agency. Other data focus on sexual assault, domestic assault, workers' compensation, self-insurance, and tax and assessment.
