Abstract
The provisions of Arkansas State law on crime reporting and investigation pertain to organization of the Arkansas Crime Information Center, Missing Children Information Clearinghouse, data processing, maintenance and operation of the information system, coordination with national crime control information systems, duty to furnish data, access to records, protection of privacy, penalties for failing to comply with reporting requirements, dissemination of criminal justice information, and right of review and challenge. This document also contains the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967.
