The programs include pretrial services programs, electronic monitoring programs, deferred prosecution, mental health services, drug treatment, Treatment Alternatives to Street Crime, and drug education schools. Additional correctional alternatives include fines, unsupervised probation, community service, regular probation and parole, intensive supervision programs, house arrest with electronic monitoring, day reporting centers, shock incarceration, residential facilities, halfway houses, and the community penalties program.
