A Russian journal reports on the clearing up of a crime which was unprecedented in the history of drug law offenses and juvenile delinquency in Russia. Members of a drug syndicate, with talented young students, were producing a synthetic drug in large quantities. The drug produced by this method was many times as strong as morphine.
