Abstract
Certain amendments relate to Congressional directives and other statutory changes. They focus on HIV exposure, minor assault, involuntary manslaughter, kidnapping, sexual abuse and assault, counterfeiting, drug-related offenses, contraband in prison, semiautomatic assault weapons and other firearms, immigration offenses, terrorism, juvenile crime, criminal street gangs, elderly victims, career offenders, imprisonment, restitution, and supervised release. Several other amendments deal specifically with drug trafficking and money laundering.
