The following section focuses on specific offense categories: offenses against life, rape, robbery, physical injury, theft, fraud, environmental offenses, drug law offenses, and miscellaneous offenses. The section on suspects compares suspected offenders to the German population at large; a special section categorizes foreign offenders according to age, gender, reason for staying in Germany, offense committed, and nationality. Next, victims are analyzed according to age, gender, relation to offender, and crime categories. The statistics concludes with charts on crime in Niedersachsen's large cities.
