Abstract
The two-volume report on the SAFE POLICY details program goals and provides information on school safety issues. Information is provided on student and staff victimization, school attendance, serious juvenile offenders, school security, public attitudes toward public schools, the juvenile justice system, school bullying, student searches, and drug trafficking and abuse in schools. Manuals and reports relevant to the SAFE POLICY are included that focus on juvenile problems, police productivity in their dealings with children and youth, and Project DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education).
